The real estate process can be an intimidating one, but working with an experienced agent who has a history of success and an understanding of the possible hurdles can make all the difference. I love what I do because I get to help great people find the right homes for their lifestyle and budget. Plus I enjoy educating buyers and sellers on the market to inspire sound decisions. While I take my work seriously, I inject humor into the journey too – because after all, what is any major move in life without humor.
For more than 11 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working (and laughing) with people of all kinds, and selling properties in all price ranges - from studios to townhouses – throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. I’ve not only accumulated a huge wealth of market knowledge, but a deep understanding of what a serious buyer or seller demands from their real estate experience. That is, attentive listening, prompt response, constant follow up, accurate information, and total dedication until their unique needs are met.
I’ll work with you every step of the way, never pressuring you, to explore your options and secure the best solutions. But beyond the nuts and bolts of your transaction, which I assure will be seamless, I promise to honor the importance of our relationship – the most important element of all in any business dealing. My goal is to earn your trust and win you as a client for life, one so satisfied with my service that you won’t hesitate to call me again and refer me to others.
As a Georgia native and graduate of the University of Georgia with a business degree, my own journey to New York began in 1976. I’ve lived in the same great Brooklyn Heights co-op with my wonderful wife Suzanne for nearly 30 years, and am proud to have raised my daughters Kate and Perry in this great city. I only hope I can find for you the same incredible contentment I’ve had in the search for your perfect home.
