I am a proud native Washingtonian. I attended Banneker High School and went on to attend Clark Atlanta University with a degree in International Business.

I became a licensed realtor in 2006. As someone who was born and raised in this area, I am happy to help people settle down or relocate to this city that I call home. I specialise in the purchase and sale of single family homes and income producing properties in the DC area.

Kennise helped to sell my first home in an incredibly aggressive seller's market. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate on leaning on her expertise. She talked me into listing my home above the price that I initially thought was fair. Needless to say, she was correct because we accepted and closed on an offer at our asking price in 30 days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kennise to anybody buying or selling in the DC Metro area. She was very flexible with timing and availability.
