Kennon Borden

Kennon Borden is the founder of Borden Real Estate and principal broker in charge. A native of Durham, Kennon is a UNC- Chapel Hill graduate who has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He lives and breathes real estate, every working hour of the day. Since starting Borden Real Estate in 1989, Kennon has trained and supervised over 15 commercial brokers. He has built a brand recognized in the Triangle for its customer service, local market knowledge, and effective solutions. Kennon is also a state-certified general real estate appraiser who has worked extensively on real estate development and management. In his spare time – not that he has much to spare – he is active in the Kiwanis Club of Durham.
