I hadn't been planning to buy a house, but circumstances dictated it. I didn't know the first thing about buying a house and was completely lost as to what the first step even was. Kenny was an absolute godsend! He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision as well as making sure I wasn't completely overwhelmed by the process. If could rate more than 5 stars I would!

I moved a long ways and it was definitely stressful. Thankfully we were working with Kenny! He really had our best interest at heart and took care of everything. No matter what time of day it was, and sometimes very late due to the time zones, he picked up the phone and helped us out. He was thorough, informative, and caring during the whole process. And on closing day we were happy to know Kenny received a commission on our home closing. He really deserved it! If you are looking for someone who cares and will take your home purchase serious, I highly recommend Kenny!

We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us buy our first home! From the beginning he made us feel that he was in it for us and to help us reach homeownership. He made sure we were up to date on all the goings on and the thing that made us feel at ease knowing this was our first time buying a house was that he was always just a call away. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Kenny. He was always there to answer questions I had. I could call or text him and he would get back to me very quickly. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He did things I didn't even ask for and didn't even know I wanted until he did it. He even drove an hour one way to have me tour a house before he was even officially my realtor.
Everything he did was extremely professional, yet he was also very friendly, like he wanted the best for me, like a friend would, not like someone trying to just get me into a house so he could collect money from a job. I would highly recommend Kenny as a realtor. I'm extremely satisfied with having him as my realtor.

Having Kenny as a realtor was like having your best friend help you buy a house! He is available whenever you need him, no matter how many times a day you call with questions he answers and always answers all the questions! He went way out of his way to make sure I got the home I wanted. I would recommend him as a realtor to everyone I know I am that confident that he will be able to give everyone the best experience like I had, and I know he will help them find their dream home also!

When you choose Kenny as your realtor you are truly choosing the BEST! This was our first home purchase & even though we knew (almost) nothing about what to expect, I felt like an expert with Kenny by our side. He let us know what to expect every step of the way, answered every question (there were lots) & offered knowledge and insights that were indispensable to us during our home buying process. Our journey was a little bumpy but because of Kenny it all worked out wonderfully. He truly takes your dreams & goals, no matter how big, & makes them his own. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to contact him again for any future real estate needs!!

Kenny was very pleasurable to work with. He was available 24/7 for any house question/concern. And not to mention he paid for half of our house inspection and we got a rebate check to use for anything we wanted (just shy of 2K).
