When i first met Kenny he was adamant that they would stream line the entire process and insured I would understand every step of the way. That couldn’t be more accurate as they drove me to banks, the attorney's office and even recommended movers to name a few things they assisted me with. Kenny Calerdon went above and beyond for me during the purchase of my home. Every time I contacted Kenny, he always answered the phone right away, day or night. Kenny never made me feel bad about not wanting to submit an offer on a home. He always told me “you will know when it’s your home.” Eventually he was right! He constantly searches for homes for you. He sent me a listing of a home that hit the market in my desired area. He called right away and scheduled the viewing. With Kenny’s guidance I submitted the first offer on the home.
