Kenny McCuien is a native of Columbia, SC and currently residing in Blythewood. Kenny proudly attended both Lower Richland High School and the University of South Carolina after his family settled down during military stops in Germany, Texas, Kansas and Georgia over many years since his early childhood.
With his father a veteran Sergeant from the United States Army, and mother currently an educator with Richland School District One, he understands and is empathetic to both the sensitive housing wants and needs of our current and former military personnel, teachers and educators, and anyone who has learned what makes the Midlands area of South Carolina unique when it comes to finalizing a goal of calling this amazing area “home”.
Having been involved in sales in various roles and industries since the early age of 19, Kenny decided to take a look at the real estate industry, as the sense of fulfillment in helping an individual or family either buy or sale a new home, or any similar purchase, was something that could only achieved as a real estate agent. The opportunity to help others fulfill their dreams of home and real estate ownership was very compelling, and as a result Kenny earned his real estate license in 2014.
Kenny is available to provide support as a full service agent, offering assistance in a variety of different areas including:
Residential Properties

New Construction and Vacant Land
