Kenny helped my partner and I purchase our first condo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Throughout the process, Kenny was communicative, conscientious, and absolutely on top of everything. Their level of care is exceptional - we always felt like we were Kenny’s top priority. They are very insightful and empathetic, and could anticipate and address a lot of our anxieties as first-time buyers. We were walked through every step with patience and kindness, without feeling condescended to or taken advantage of. There was absolutely no doubt in our minds that Kenny would advocate for us to the best of their ability!

We met Kenny at an open house about 6 months before we officially decided to sell our house. Kenny struck us immediately as hardworking, ethical, and relatable. When we were ready, we cold called him and he remembered us from that open house months prior. He helped us immeasurably throughout the sale of our Normal Heights craftsman, during a timeframe where the dynamics of the housing market were shifting beneath us (June 2022) When we hit some rough patches, he also greatly supported the success of our sale and eventual purchase with strong communication, relationship-building, and strategy. Kenny has been a great agent. Not only is he patient with first time home buyers, but also with my aging father who does not speak English as his first language. I first met Kenny at an open house for my dad. Unfortunately, prices in San Diego were too high and my dad ended up buying in LA. Seeing how patient Kenny was, convinced me to reach out and ask him to help me look for my own place too even though I had been looking with Redfin agents for a while. Kenny was way better than the Redfin agents. He was willing to set up showings at a moments notice, and set me up with a local mortgage company for faster service in this crazy seller's market. Prior to Kenny, I had put in 3 offers through redfin that all failed and didn't have much input on why, appropriate counters, etc. My first offer through Kenny was accepted eventually after a lot of leg work and creative countering tips from him. Throughout the closing process, he was informative, available for my first time buyer questions and clarifications, and made great recommendations on options for home inspectors, and other folks since I had no idea. Kenny is not only very personable that I end up chatting with him about his grandma (who sounds like an awesome lady!) and other random topics, but he also goes above and beyond to try and get what you need. We'd been locked out of the garage during inspections and this guy even tried to lick the battery to ensure there was a charge and it wasn't the keypad that was the issue. It was hilarious and something I wasn't going to do myself so I really appreciated his effort 😂. Thanks Kenny! I hope we can continue having our random but fun conversations even if I won't be looking for another place any time soon.

I was the executor for an estate that included a condo unit that had to be sold. We had never taken on that type of responsibility before and met Kenny as we were finishing the remodeling. From the 1st time we met him, we were very comfortable having him as our agent. He assisted us as we finished with an abundance of help regarding what we should do to provide the best possible selling price. Any time we had questions he was immediately available, or he returned the call or email within an hour or so. He kept us fully informed as the process proceeded on an almost daily basis. He developed a marketing strategy that worked beautifully and helped find a staging company which did a fabulous job. The condo was listed on Thursday, shown Saturday & Sunday (well over 100), with 35 offers over the listing price. Monday the offers were paired down to 7 and was sold Tuesday for well over that price. His assistance throughout the sale and escrow processes was truly invaluable and made it relatively easy. We were very pleased working with Kenny & will recommend his services to any of our friends.

Kenny was an angel in disguise! I dealt with other realtors but Kenny was much better. Really responsive and active about the listings. Was honest and very detailed oriented when going to the open houses. We were looking for around 4 months consistently and getting outbid but he always looked on the brighter side and kept me motivated. I was able to purchase a condo back in December 2021, it checked all the boxes that I was looking for in a condo! Kenny is great at what he does! 10 starts out of 5!

Buying a home is an extremely delicate and difficult endeavor. I met many agents that, in trying to sell me their services, made it seem easy, but it was clear that they were being condescending. In contrast, Kenny treated me with respect, explaining all the options and the complexity of the process, and making sure that I understood my decisions. When I saw the house of my dreams on a Sunday afternoon, he came immediately and helped me craft a strong application, which we finished that same night. He also helped me during escrow, contacting me with inspectors, structural engineers, and an excellent loan officer that gave me a great deal. He also supported me in a dispute with the sellers, putting my interest ahead of his immediate interest, and saving me a lot of money and pain. Even though I know he has tons of clients and that my house was the cheapest in the market, he was always there to support my process. Kenny is extremely professional and honest, and it is clear that he loves and knows his job.

Selling a home that I and my late husband lived and loved for more than 20 years was not an ordinary process. My first time to do it alone, I was overwhelmed by the responsibility and was totally unprepared causing mental and emotional stress. My daughter then introduced me to Kenneth Patrick, a true professional and very much focused on his client. Kenney somehow relieved me of my stress by being honest and realistic on his evaluation of my situation. He explained the important factors affecting the sale of my property, discussing locations and market conditions, showing me comparable homes that had sold on my own neighborhood at the time.
