Kenny Tan

Kenny Tan is a California real estate attorney who holds licenses as a real estate broker, civil engineer, and commercial pilot with an instrument rating.

As a real estate attorney for the past 20 years, Mr. Tan routinely consults and advises real estate agents, developers, buyers and dwellers, investors, landlords, tenants, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, property owners on issues related to title and/or possession of real property including landlord/tenant, eminent domain, boundary disputes, mechanic’s liens, Lis pendens, tax lien, foreclosure, partition, buy and sell.

In 2003 Mr. Tan obtained his real estate broker license. He is a member of the NAR, CAR, West San Gabriel Board of Realtors, and the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Association (CAREPA). From 2001 through 2005 he served as the legal counsel to the Chinese American Construction Professionals (CACP) and was a member of its Board of Directors. He is presently legal counsel to CAREPA.
