About Kent

In September 2006 Kent joined ERA Wilder Realty as the Broker-in-Charge of the Sumter Office. On November 1, 2007 he transferred the management of that Office to another Broker and assumed full time responsibility as a Broker Associate with the Irmo Office of ERA Wilder Realty.

This change allowed him to follow his true passion of helping people buy or sell their home. He is also involved in helping companies relocate their key employees utilizing their corporate moving programs. Real estate has been his career for over twenty years.

In addition, with a corporate relocation company, He was the Director of Business Development and Broker Resources. His responsibilities included successfully developing sales strategies, objectives and target markets for the corporate business development program and assisting the 650+ broker members with problem resolution.
