About Keri

You could say that Keri has the Real Estate gene in her DNA. She grew up with her dad owning a real estate company in Corpus Christi and of course here in Sun City for the last 24+ years. In 2012, Keri came to The Stacy Group full time and got licensed. Keri was the leasing agent for several years and did marketing before moving full time to sales and then purchasing the company in 2022 from her father.

Keri’s pride and joy – she is a mother of three – two boys and a girl. Keri has been married 30 years this February and she is an empty nester, although her family keeps her plenty busy – just more miles on her cars these days. Keri’s baby girl (and only girl) will be graduating from Texas A&M this May. She has a passion for young children and wants to work on improving foster care placement. Her middle child, Jake, has been at Dell for several years now. He has done well, and she is blessed that he lives just down the street from her. Last but certainly not least, her oldest child (and the best State Farm agent around) made Keri a grandma 3 years ago – her first Granddaughter! What a joy it is to be a grandma. His wife and him blessed us again with a second – she was born right in the thick of things with quarantine. They will be blessing her once more this summer with a little boy joining the mix.

Keri is fortunate to say that she enjoys the company of her children and she is proud of each one of them in many different ways. They all hold God as their savior and are loving to each other and their friends.

Keri is a Texas girl through and through. She does like to travel but she is always happy to come home to where people greet you with a smile and you can get a Whataburger AND a sweet tea. What is better than that?
Keri hopes that you will like being here in Sun City. You can be as involved as you want to be.

As an agent Keri tries to use the golden rule... make sure she treats her clients the way she would want to be treated. This involves communicating in a timely manner (you will have my cell phone number). Educate, it is her job to help educate you about Sun City and our current market. Sun City is different than other areas and outside real estate principals do not always work the same here. Be Easy, She does not pressure you into purchasing and hate that old “car salesman” approach. She will work as fast or slow as you like. And honesty. Keri will run the comps for you and help guide you through this process.
