Keri is exceedingly professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. While working with her she made us feel like we were her only clients. She was always responsive to our messages and quite honestly just a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured to purchase a home but rather felt that she had my family's best interest at heart. Keri helped us keep a positive outlook and always reassured she'd help us find what works for us not just now but 10 years from now however long the process took.

Keri's upbeat and positive energy made the entire process more enjoyable. Unfortunately we chose to buy during a seller's market. With such a low inventory of homes it made the market extremely difficult to buy in. With Keri by our side, we were able to beat 5 other offers and buy the home we loved.

She is a local realtor who has built a notable reputation amongst her community of realtors. With these connections she is able to negotiate on a more personal level. Keri genuinely wanted happiness for our family and we could tell it wasn't just a sale to her.  She genuinely cares about her clients and their financial future with their investment. I reached out to Keri for help finding a home Oct 17, 2021 after a previous unsuccessful attempt using another agent. She immediately sent me her lenders information to contact to get the ball rolling. She had an open house that day so I knew she was busy. I started communication with her that morning and by 3pm she had already sent me prospects. I told Keri what i was looking for and my goal was Dec to be moved in somewhere. Oct 28th was our 1st chance to see some properties. The 1st we saw we immediately knew it was not going to be a go for me. I had also stopped and peaked in the windows at another one before looking at the 1st. I asked if we could get in to see it and she worked her magic. I/we absolutely loved the second one immediately. It was already updated and move in ready. I put an offer in the very next day. Saturday I was told they accepted my offer. She stood by me throughout the whole process. She answered all of my questions and even when things got a little rough she was there to calm me down. She knew I had made a promise to my daughter to have a house for Christmas and she helped make that promise come true. I closed on Dec 17, 2021. She dropped gifts off for closing and even for my daughter so she felt included. She has still been in constant contact with me well over a year later. She has dropped off more goodies, she has recently supported my daughter's girlscout troop too. She already knows we will be doing business again in the near future. I can't say enough good things about her. She had gone above and beyond her call of duty. Such a sweet woman and one hell of a Boss Babe! I 100% recommend using her as your agent.
