Years ago i went to Kerrianne because i felt ready enough to buy a house but financially i wasn’t ready yet. Once i figured out i wanted to live in Seminole county i reached out to Kerrianne again and she gave me Candace Cecil’s number and Kristen Vance’s number. These women i can not stress enough are definitely in this business to help others. Candace traveled to the oviedo area many times to show shawn and i houses , usually on a weekday late at night. She was 100% transparent and wasn’t afraid to give her opinion if she felt like the house was right or not. We started looking at condos on the beach with Megan in early January of 2020. We expected to purchase in 3 to 6 months. Once covid hit, we were not able to travel and we slowed our search. Megan stayed in touch, forwarding spaces she thought we might like. Since we could only view the condos on film, we relied heavily on Megan's recommendations. We bid unsuccessfully on 2 places before we were able to agree on price with a seller on our 3rd try in early January. We saw our condo for the first time a few weeks ago when we closed. We love it as Megan said we would.

Megan provides excellent customer service. She returns calls and emails quickly, even if she hasn't heard from you in several months. Her vendor recommendations were uniformly strong. Megan is nicely understated and professional. She understands that it is your deal and she is there to help you. Megan is patient and she has excellent taste. Kerrianne exceeded our expectations in all areas. She was such a huge help throughout the entire house hunting and buying process. She was a true advocate for us throughout and always kept us in the loop and informed with the process. It was like she knew exactly what we were looking for and found it for us. It is obvious she is very familiar and knowledgeable with NSB, Port Orange, Edgewater and surrounding areas, she knows her way around the neighborhoods.

If you are looking to purchase a property in the NSB area, you should look nowhere else. When we were buying a house in NSB I chose Kerrianne because she was from the area and had good reviews on the zillow website. We are SO fortunate that we selected such an excellent realtor. She not only had lifetime knowledge of the area, but is a savvy business person as well. Kerrianne is kind and considerate, but also a strong negotiator and advocated for us with sellers throughout the home buying process. She was patient with our questions and last minute requests to see other homes. She was always readily available and guided us until the minute we closed on hour home. My wife and I were looking for a home in New Smyrna, but we were doing it mostly from our current home in New York. Megan was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. When we made our trip down to look at homes that she had sent us she made time to fit our schedule and we found our home right away. Being away for the whole process was very difficult, but Megan took care of everything from her end in Florida. I would definitely use her again and recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell in the area.
