Kerrin is a true rock star realtor!! Our new home purchase had a lot of boxes to check, and Kerrin was very patient with us through the whole process. She is very responsive and goes above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot say enough great things about her and her team! Kerrin Pennington is so amazing to work with! She is such a hard worker and go getter, she is there for you anytime you need her and so friendly too! I'm very pleased to be able to give Kerrin Pennington five stars. Although she definitely was professional and responsive, she had an opportunity to have us close a deal on a house we had picked. But she sensed we might have made the decision based on availability in a very challenging market (bidding wars etc), and were not 100% comfortable in our decision. So she went and found additional opportunities for us to consider, and the result was we closed on a house that met all of our needs. I believe that sets her apart from many people in sales who choose to make any deal versus the right deal. Kerrin made sure we had the opportunity to make the right deal and we did. I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a realtor Kerrin is! She is a true gem in the real-estate business! She went above and beyond our expectations!! She is very responsive, always there to listen to your concerns, and gives honest upfront feed back. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend you use Kerrin. She fights for her clients to find you the best home and get you the best price for your home. There were a few issues with the buyers and she was on top of everything, informing us of any and all changes every step of the way and steering us in the right direction to deal with the issues. She is very kind, friendly, and a total ROCK STAR!! We were expecting to sell our house but as a bonus we also gained a friend! I've already recommend her to all of my friend's!
