She͏ made buying our first home an enjoyable and easy experience.
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Daphne Jeffcoat Squeteri . We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Kerry , but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on , and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up putting an offer on it , Kerry walked us through every step of the negotiations . She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. Awesome͏ Agent
We͏ have used Kerry several times over the last few years. The first was a couple of years ago when we were buying a condo as an investment property. She showed us multiple places and kept us up to date on what was new on the market. It was a very smooth and easy transaction. She always has our best interest in mind and goes above and beyond. She is very responsive and is always available when I call or text. Even when out of the blue two years later I send her a listing for house on 5 acres that I stumbled upon and wanted to go see. She met us out in Lake County and helped us put in an offer and then sold our existing home for way above list price. Kerry is amazing and does a fabulous job. We have quite a few agents in our friends and family circle, but always go back to Kerry!
