Kerry Maxwell is BEYOND an agent. Kerry’s sole focus is her client and their needs , not her own. Kerry becomes your friend quickly and genuinely wants to find you your dream home. She would respond immediately any time of day or night and would bounce ideas about what’s best and what your family needs and wants. Kerry is patient and so so giving of herself and her time. The ONLY reason we got our forever home in our dream neighborhood was Kerry. She was aggressive and smart. We didn’t play the “offer way over list price” game with multiple other bidders. We played it smart and pulled on the sellers heart stings and presented the best “story”, not the highest offer. Sure enough they picked us! The only reason our escrow was so smooth with negotiations was Kerry and her tenacity. Kerry is a blessing to anyone who has the opportunity to work with her. I sincerely hope I get to refer her to others!

Kerry and I embarked on an ambitious task of finding me a new home during Covid; what started out as a trickle became an avalanche as the rush came on to view homes but under new Covid restrictions. And inventory was relatively limited and as soon as a home came up for sale, required a quick and decisive response to get in the door. Kerry was extremely helpful, and responded quickly to my requests. She would stay up all night searching for potential homes for me to view, while I at the same time was doing my own search. We'd touch base in the morning and map out a plan / strategy on which homes were the most compelling. She'd then do her study, and come prepared with data that would help me decide on an appropriate price range to consider in order to be the winning bid. We were successful in negotiating some really great terms, in which I received concessions. On one of the homes that I eventually purchased, we did a quick trip to Palm Desert, as Kerry convinced me we had to move fast that day (day before July 4th), as properties were quickly being snapped up. Sure enough, we were able to squeeze in and view one last property, on which we were able to bid below market, and miraculously the seller accepted our offer. The selling realtors I spoke with told me how much they appreciated working with Kerry as she was very professional, pleasant, and knew her stuff. In the rare occasions Kerry would not know the answer, she showed me that she was a quick study and would do her own research and reach out to experts to get the job done. Kerry's prior experience being an owner of a contractor business came in handy as she dealt with the pressure and found solutions so that I could close on my primary residence by the expected close date. Thank you Kerry!!!!

Kerry Maxwell exceeded expectations with her level of service and expertise. She understood the low inventory seller's market we were in and knew what we had to do to negotiate in a multiple bid situation to get our dream house. She listened to our concerns and found us a one story home that met our complex needs. Following Covid-19 protocols added to the stress, but Kerry kept us informed, was organized and gave us the confidence we needed to go forward. She was always available for questions and helped immediately when the lender required last minute repairs be completed in order to fund. Kerry's previous construction experience saved us with great contractor referrals to close on time.

I cannot express how rewarding my experience was having Kerry as my realtor in my search for my forever home.
When I started the journey I had a budget and a list of wants and needs and thought my dream was unanswerable in the present state of low inventory and skyrocketing prices.

We looked at dozens of houses physically and hundreds virtually. Kerry was unbelievably patient with me and at every stage of the search she asked questions that lead me to answers I had not thought about previously. Her prior knowledge and experience in the home selection process as well her previous career as a commercial contractor proved invaluable.

Kerry pulled reports on so many houses and their comps I lost track and when I did - I was amazed to find she had complied a synopsis of every particular like and dislike I had found at each location.

In the end I purchased my dream home at a very good price and I am certain it was a result of having had Kerry as my agent. She is an immeasurably efficient, caring, intelligent, and engaged realtor and I recommend her without reserve.
