Kerry Perkins

My name is Kerry Perkins, a Marine Corps veteran, and I am a real estate professional. I service the Chicagoland metropolitan area, specializing in the northwest and western suburbs. I hold the highest values; honor, courage and commitment. I will assist you in achieving your real estate goals by guiding you along the path, and I promise you my full dedication and tireless effort in assisting you with all of your needs.

As a United States Marine Corps veteran who proudly served our country from 2002 – 2006, my schooling and occupation was in Communications as a Field Radio Operator. Those four years taught me more about life and myself than I could have ever imagined. It has helped shape and mold the person I am today.

Following the service, I attended Northern Illinois University and graduated in December of 2011 with a Bachelors in Arts for Communications. After four years of working in media production, I decided to become a Realtor and received my license in October 2014. In order to serve my fellow veterans and the military community, I received my MRP Certification (Military Relocation Professional) in 2017.

Having been raised with a strong work ethic throughout my childhood, and magnified through the Marine Corps, it ultimately has instilled in me a stronger dedication to my career. I expect to exemplify my values in my services to you, for I respect and live by them daily. My dedication, and responsibility to my clients is of the utmost importance to me.
