Kerry started her career in real estate as a mortgage lender and after a few years in the mortgage business, she felt a calling to assist the many home sellers and homebuyers that she felt were not getting the proper knowledge and information they needed to compete in the market. Her expertise was quickly recognized by not only her clients but large bank executives who personally hired her to assist in selling bank-owned properties. New home builders also saw a benefit in bringing Kerry on board as some of largest home builders asked her to help sell off a large inventory during one of the toughest moments in real estate.
Kerry was recognized for many years as top of her class as she was awarded by one of the largest real estate firms as #1 and #2 top realtor. Kerry’s passion to help others in real estate was one of the many reasons she quickly excelled to the top and is the reason she has many repeat clientele and referral business.
