About Kesh
Having been born and raised in the DC area, Kesh knows the area inside and out and consistently has ranked among the top producers in the local real estate market. He has an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree which allows him the benefit of looking into both commercial and residential properties with a statistical and analytical approach. He is all about the numbers and technical analysis.
After years of working in the IT executive consulting industry at Accenture, in 2002, Kesh turned what had been a long-time hobby into a successful profession. He is passionate about what he does and absolutely loves everything about the real estate industry. He loves working with builders and only chooses to work with those who share his business philosophy - treat others the way you'd like to be treated, and provide the best customer service. He works in real estate not because he has to, but because he wants to - he loves not only getting involved in building houses, but loves building client relationships, obtaining residential and commercial investment opportunities, and helping clients with their next move in life.

Then he advocates on behalf of his clients to negotiate the best possible deal - and his competitive spirit reveals itself. When he's not working, you can find him cheering on the Caps, Nats, Commanders, & Wizards while also enjoying traveling, the beach, hiking, and backpacking.
