About Kevin

Kevin is a Broker Associate with Paffrath & Thomas Real Estate, who specializes in residential, land, and commercial real estate throughout Summit County, Park County, and Lake County. His interest in real estate started in 2009 when he began working for the local real estate association in the technology department, and eventually as the director of Summit MLS, Inc.

In 2013, Kevin became a licensed Colorado Realtor and has been dedicated to providing the finest level of services to sellers and buyers ever since. He has remained involved with the local community, and served as the President of Summit MLS, Inc. in 2018 and in 2023. In 2019 he received the Summit Realtors, Realtor of the Year Award. Kevin always puts his clients’ needs first, and has great respect for the level of trust and communication that go into every transaction.

His journey to Summit County is similar to many others. Growing up in North Georgia he had a deep passion for the outdoors, and visited the Colorado Rocky Mountains on a number of occasions to ski and fish. After graduating from Berry College with a degree in Business Management/Finance, Kevin moved to Breckenridge in 2007 to enjoy a snowy winter skiing and snowboarding. It didn’t take long to realize that he had found a true paradise, and a place that he wanted to call home.
