I've known Kevin Cardona for many years; so from the get go I know that he is very professional. I wasn't aware how much he new about Real Estate, and how much he cared for his clients. I can tell you that in all honesty everything that could of gone wrong with the deal did. It was really mostly the bank dragging it's feat with the loan and the application especially in the middle of the pandemic. I was really stressed as we were buying the property for my son Michael. This was his first property, and due to lay offs and several other issues the credit union mis-handled this from day one. If it wasn't for Kevin I calling them constantly and he seemed to know everything there supposed to do from the lending side. Asking them for a condo questionnaire and several other documents that there supposed to get on there side of things. He actually went to the bank and asked to speak to the vice president of the bank(I couldn't believe this) he made friends with the vice president of the Credit Union and the deal finally closed. He went above and beyond. He new about the lending side of things, about closing, seemed to be able answer our questions almost before we asked them. He really went above and beyond. I will never do anything in Real Estate with out consulting him first. A truly amazing Realtor.
