His real estate career began in Madison, Wisconsin, where he quickly became known for performance, leadership, and mentorship. That foundation continues to shape his approach as a broker—focused on clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and long-term relationships.

Together with his wife, Renee Clark, Kevin founded Making Dreams Realty, a boutique brokerage built on service, education, and community connection. They later aligned with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate® brand, expanding client resources and marketing reach while maintaining a locally owned, relationship-driven experience.

Kevin has earned recognition at both the local and national level for professional excellence, leadership, and community impact. His brokerage has been honored with multiple community choice and industry awards, reflecting a consistent commitment to quality service and trusted representation.

Before entering real estate, Kevin spent 15 years as a high school mathematics teacher, a background that enhances his ability to explain complex real estate processes with clarity and patience. He holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Edgewood College in Madison, supporting his analytical and strategic approach to real estate advising.

In addition to brokerage leadership, Kevin co-leads The MDR House, a collective of home-focused businesses designed to support clients throughout the entire homeownership journey, including MDR Design Co. and Budget Blinds of Janesville and Monroe.
