Kevin Conoryea

Kevin epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Kevin started his real estate career as a New Home Specialists with a nationwide builder in 2007. Through perseverance, education and training Kevin was awarded the New Home Specialist of the year in 2009. In 2011 Kevin received his brokers license and created Sherwood Realty. He has continued relentlessly working for his clients and has built a successful real estate career and company over the past 10 years in the Twin Cities! He has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers and investors in both the residential and commercial market. To compliment his real estate services Kevin also has a B.S. in Marketing from Concordia College, St. Paul.

As a devoted family man Kevin enjoys his free time with his beautiful wife Jennifer his 2 children, Caden (10) and Erin (7). Having a love of sports and fitness, Kevin and his family have been active in the Sibley Area Youth Hockey Association and Mendota Heights Baseball and Soccer Associations through coaching, participation, various aspects of volunteering and sponsorship. Kevin also enjoys contributing time and resources to Mendota Elementary supervising after school activities such as floor hockey and sponsoring school carnivals and activities.
