About Kevin

Kevin Cooper has been a New Hampshire resident for over 40 years. Growing up and raising his own family in New Hampshire has given Kevin an advantage of knowing the communities and neighborhoods in Manchester, it is surrounding towns and Southern New Hampshire. In addition to that knowledge, prior to embracing his passion for Real Estate, Kevin’s prior management roles in the Transportation industry afforded Kevin the ability to get to know all of New Hampshire’s towns and regions very intimately which helps him provide a great service to his clients that are buying and selling whether it is in the Greater Manchester area, or across the state.

Kevin admits that the part that he likes best about being a Realtor, is when he is working with first time home buyers and has the opportunity to see the expression on their face when they get the keys to their first home. Whether he is working with buyers that are searching for their new home, or clients that are marketing their current home for sale, Kevin enjoys meeting new people and helping them realize their dreams. His prior experience in management in two large national companies has been valuable in two key areas for Kevin and his clients: having strong negotiating skills to best represent his clients and knowing the importance of treating people like people.

Growing up as part of an active Military family, Kevin has seen both the struggles and successes of what a Military family can be faced with and is remarkably familiar especially with the challenges they face in re-establishing their lifestyles after service. He enjoys the opportunity to help Military families with similar experiences or current challenges of finding a new home and will work diligently for the best solution for the family.
