Kevin was fantastic and extremely helpful in being there to help us find our new home for our relocation. He had made moving 750 miles away in an insane market doable by being very responsive and willing to show us around through Zoom and walking through prospective homes with local family members as we were not able to be present. His attention to detail was imperative in assessing the condition which couldn’t quite be seen through photos and live video. All this topped with the necessary guidance to get competitive offers sent out immediately made him a true asset. His assistance to find our new home and make it so that we could align the sale of our prior home a seamless transition will always be appreciated and not forgotten.

Kevin was great to work with! My wife and I were looking to buy our first house and Kevin helped every step of the way. What we really appreciated about Kevin was that he wasn't trying to sell us a house. He told us right out of the gate that he would probably talk us out of more houses than talk us into them. I found Kevin through a program with my Credit Union to help my girlfriend and I find a home in the midst of COVID-summer when there were less homes being sold with plenty of demand. For a month straight, Kevin worked with us to schedule multiple showings all across the Twin Cities area and he was always patient, friendly, and insightful.

I felt comfortable asking Kevin any questions along the way in regards to the process, paperwork, neighborhood, and homes and know that he would give me great information to work off of. Additionally, I always appreciated his candid opinions and flexibility in schedule to ensure we could always look at the houses when we wanted.

I really appreciated working with Kevin throughout the process. His extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, home repair estimates, and our Credit Union's program was a valuable asset throughout the process and my partner and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Kevin was a great Realtor. Very detailed in his searches and helpful in all categories. I had to give up on house hunting twice due to life events and Kevin stuck with me and my changing agenda for 3 years. I would recommend him for any home buying needs. We used Kevin to sell our home in Minneapolis and to also help us find a dream home that both my husband and I liked (not easy to do!) last summer and he was outstanding.
Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on our wants, along with the fact that we could potentially be THAT couple that is not the easiest to please. Kevin Dimmel stood out as the best fit for our needs.
We spoke with Kevin and he took the time to answer our questions and provided us with a great link to homes we could search and tag so he was aware right away of what we were interested in and wanted to see.
Kevin made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should). Once our decision was made to buy a home, Kevin handled everything (taking a lot of stress off us) and just let us come along for the ride! We felt completely taken care of and always in the loop of what was happening every step of the way.
We’ve recommended Kevin to everyone we know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to buy and/or sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent who works for YOU.
