I found Kevin Duffy’s name on a listing that had already been sold. At the very beginning of our conversation I disclosed that I was not a viable prospect for his services, rather I simply needed a sounding board.

Nonetheless we spoke on the phone for 40+ minutes. He was a patient listener, then provided thoughtful and his valuable strategy on the best way for me to move ahead.

It was a classic case of someone “paying it forward” that I will not soon forget. In a sometimes cynical world that can often seem “dog eat dog”, we need more human beings like Kevin Duffy who are simply ‘being human’.

Thank you again my new friend (and my future real estate agent - when needed).

From the first meeting with Kevin he was dialed in. He came prepared with comparable listings to our home and showed a great knowledge of the short and long term aspects of the market. We worked out our strategy for preparing, listing, showing, and finally selling our house. Great to have worked with an Agent who clearly knows what they are doing and can rely on years of experience to guide what is a very personal experience (selling the home you love but need to leave).

My husband and I moved from California last October and we were going to house hunt in spring 2023 when there would be more inventory. Anywho we asked around on realtors recommendations, but apparently a lot of folks had a hard time giving us a good review/experiences with their realtors. So my husband took it in his own hands.

We were looking for a realtor like we had in California (he was the BEST).. someone very knowledgeable not only on the area/neighborhood we were looking in, but someone knowledgeable about what to look as far as red flags and/or how to fix/what resources are out there/etc. AND my husband found Kevin - he was easy to talk to, very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our schedules since we both work full time.

As a buyer's agent - he never once pressured us on any of the houses we looked at. We all knew that the market in Cincinnati is hot especially in the areas we were looking at, so Kevin was always quick to jump in getting us a showing as soon as possible on any homes that interested us. He helped us navigate through many houses that we looked at and was very up front on the cost of fixes and maintenances which is helpful because you have to consider that actual cost after everything is all said and done. Any who, we found a home that fit our vibe and we had Kevin jump on in ASAP rocky. The seller and seller's agent were very difficult to work with and we went through some speed bumps with them, but Kevin navigated us through those growing pains, and here we are - homeowners again!

Kevin Duffy is an All-Star realtor! I have moved numerous times over the past 40 years and our experience with Kevin tops the list of best realtors we’ve dealt with. We selected Kevin to sell our home based on the recommendations from my sister and my niece who are accomplished realtors in different states. We’ve relied on them for many years. My niece viewed all listed realtors in the Cincinnati area at my request. She strongly recommended Kevin Duffy so we went with him. Kevin quickly got with us to go over every detail involved in selling our house. A list of the positives about Kevin would be to long to cover in this review but I’ll hit on some of them.
1. He is not pushy with price setting, date to list or any other issue. He gives you valuable details about all the related issues but leaves every decision to you.
2. He has integrity. How do I know? Let me tell one little thing that proves it (there are other things too). We were in a situation where two buyers were bidding over the listed price. He represented one. While he quickly let us know that, there was not an ounce of pressure to go with that buyer. We chose the other buyer and he did not even blink.
3. He always readily available and bends over backwards to assist with every aspect, from runs to donation centers or the dump to having a group of reliable contractors to fix any problem from landscaping to windows and plumbing. We’ve already closed on the sale and he’s still assisting us.
4. He’s a great person with an unflappable personality.
In summary, we strongly recommend him. You can’t go wrong if you use Kevin as your realtor.

Living in Polo Fields for 20 years (a neighborhood of 600 homes) I've seen dozens of homes go up for sale by Duffy, they have moved faster, than the other groups I've seen selling homes back here and in every case when I've talked to our former or new neighbors they extolled how great it was to work with Kevin and how he was the best agent they've ever worked with.

If you are moving to Cincinnati and don't know the city, you need to work with someone like Kevin who will tell you everything you want to know and guide you to the best home that fits you. Kevin just sold our condo. He is the only realtor we use in Cincinnati. It is always a pleasure to do business with him. He is always professional and most importantly we trust his advice. This is the THIRD time Kevin has helped us sell property and this time he really went above and beyond. Since it was a rental, he checked on it several times when we couldn't and helped in ways I don't think most realtors would. Once we had a contract, and it was time to get through the inspection checklist of things to do, he really stepped up. He personally handled some of the issues.
