I was trying to rehab rental property and my project was dead in the water. I could not find any contractors that had time or fit in my budget. I talked to Kevin (he was my agent in buying this main residence and this rental property) about renting the property as is. Instead, he took over the rehab, finished the property, and is now managing the property. Saved me thousands of dollars and countless hours of stress. I could not recommend anyone more highly.
