Kevin Findley

Kevin and Suzanne Findley are lifelong residents of Johnson County, and both have been in sales most of their lives. Kevin a former UPS driver for 31 years in the Johnson County area, has also been an auctioneer since the mid 1970's. He has been assisting community members with auctions; selling antiques, collectibles, household, and farm goods, along with property. He works regularly with estates of both personal property and real estate. Kevin obtained his Real Estate license in 2004, upon retiring from UPS, and became a fulltime real estate broker. Kevin's sales techniques and knowledge of the community help make him one of the best in real estate sales. Suzanne was the Parks and Recreation Superintendent for the City of Franklin for 31 years, retiring in 2007. She obtained her Real Estate license in 1989 and her Brokers license in 2015. She continues her love of sales and helping others by assisting clients in finding the perfect home. Suzanne grew up in a family of realtors; her father, one grandfather and two great grandfathers were all Realtors and her son, Cal Findley, is also a realtor. The Findley's love the Johnson County community and have ties to surrounding counties. They enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends and special outings with their grandchildren.
