Kevin Garcia was born and raised in the city of Bronx in New York. After personally witnessing the World Trade Center attacks on September 11, 2001, he and his family moved to The Woodlands, Texas, in 2002. Kevin later moved to Spring, Texas, where he continues to reside.
Kevin attended school in The Woodlands, and in Spring, Texas, from elementary through high school. He excelled in math, engineering, mechanics, and sports. In math, he was always at the top of his class and won awards yearly. In sports, Kevin was the top lineman for his high school football team, and he has played all positions in baseball from seventh grade on. Kevin is also knowledgeable in building construction and home repair which he learned from his father.
Kevin's passion is his family and sports. Although a great athlete, Kevin’s dream to become a professional baseball player was stopped short after a career-ending knee injury. With that, Kevin turned his attention to his next greatest desire which was real estate. With a keen eye for the market, Kevin has seen the beautiful, but sleepy north-side suburbs awaken with all the amenities you once could only find in the nearby city of Houston. No longer do you have to go downtown for shopping, fine dining, concerts and live entertainment, recreation, or the like. On the north-side, it's all your fingertips! The majestic beauty of the tall pines, live oaks, Southern Magnolias, and other native trees that forest much of the area, exudes a relaxing, peaceful quality that only nature can bring. The north-side is a good place to raise a family and has top rated schools. Commuting has never been easier with the recent widening of Interstate 45, and the completion of the Grand Parkway which outskirts the Houston area, saving commuters countless hours in travel time and mileage.
Although Kevin deals in the Houston area market, his specialty is in the north Harris County and Montgomery County area. Whether it is a luxury estate, waterfront property, a place in the country or somewhere in between, Kevin’s knowledge of the area can help buyers find that perfect place to call home!
