Responsible,͏ knowledgeable and trustworthy
Kevin was the type of agent I thought agents should be. I’ve worked with other real estate agents who didn’t know anything about a home except what the listing showed. I was unimpressed with those people. They didn’t provide me with any value that I couldn’t glean from an Internet search.
Then I met Kevin, whose knowledge far exceeded my expectations and that of a simple listing. He was able to go into a home and look for pitfalls and problems to watch out for. His experience and training in real estate and the various home construction stages solidified my trust in Kevin. He was able to educate me on how to buy a home, from those pitfalls, but also the financial and paperwork side of the process.
We are often skeptical of real estate agents and wonder if they truly have our best interests at heart when negotiating deals on our behalf. I can say with confidence that Kevin had my best interest in mind, and his work proved it to me.
Kevin is easy to speak to, responsive when you contact him and makes every effort to find the home you’re looking for. Kevin makes and keeps appointments/showings, highlighting his time management skills while always informing you of the next steps.

Kevin pulled a rabbit put of a hat - twice. Three years ago, Kevin found us a home to rent, in an impossible market, under impossible circumstances. Recently, he helped us to find our new home to purchase in an equally difficult market. We have a five-person family, including a live-in elderly adult and two dogs, and my wife and I are both self-employed. Both move-out circumstances were time-sensitive. Lease qualification was tough, but mortgage qualification was even tougher. Kevin's knowledge, daily focus and persistence helped to create opportunities that made the impossible, possible. His advice was also CRITICAL in helping us to beat out four other bidders on the property we recently purchased. We are currently moving into our new home, stepping "up" from the rental property we have been living in, to a spacious, and well accommodating property that meets ALL of our family needs, and more. WE NEVER WOULD HAVE DREAMED that this would be the case three months ago, when we were sweating bullets and had no idea where we were going to live. This was our first home to purchase so glad we had Kevin in our corner. Kevin was a tremendous help while selling our rental property in Ferndale Michigan! Because we live in South Carolina, we relied heavily on him to represent us locally, while maintaining the property to ensure a quick sale at the highest market price we could expect.

Kevin helped us in the process of purchasing our very first home! After renting several houses and tiring of the rental process, we decided to pursue ownership. We weren't too sure we'd find something with our tight budget, but Kevin was so incredibly patient and kind, and wanted to be sure what we got was something we really wanted. We have four children and he was always kind and considerate of all the busyness and interests they had in a house as well, which made the process less stressful on us.
