Kevin continues that tradition as a real estate trainer, instructor, speaker, coach, consultant and mentor. First licensed in 1989, Kevin has owned and operated his own real estate brokerage in both Florida and Minnesota. Kevin served for several years in leadership capacities with the real estate trade organization as a REALTOR, local Board President, local multiple listing Board President , State Director, State Political Action Committee Trustee, and nationally as a Federal Political Coordinator for Former US Congressman Chip Cravaack. He has taught new member orientations, Code of Ethics classes, and Minnesota real estate Pre-License courses for Central Lakes College.
He has managed and overseen the management of hundreds of rental properties. He still owns a local real estate appraisal company. Kevin also spent eight years as an elected official on the Brainerd City Council where he also served as President of the Council. He has been and continues to be involved in many other community related events and groups. Kevin also honorably served in the United States Marine Corps (Semper Fi).
