Selling can be a daunting task with so much to do, and so much to think about. I can’t even express how grateful we were to have Staged to Sell help us through every step of this process. Staged to Sell made a huge difference in the asking price and in the sales price by accessing all the great assets of my house They took every room and focused on all the positives and photographed in the most interesting way imaginable . They were very careful not to listen to what I liked but to explain what most buyers like. That is critical .It worked on day one ! We listed our home as part of a relo in the middle of the pandemic and Adrienne Lord pulled off a great outcome for us. Home was under contract with a full cash offer 6 days after listing and with no price reduction (in a neighborhood where homes normally take around two months and one price reduction to go under contract). Adrienne and team staged beautifully, provided stellar photography and video content, and advised us well throughout the process. Can't say enough good things about the team's competence. Can't go wrong here.

I had a great experience with sell or dwell. They did an amazing job staging or home and it went under contract very shortly after. They are professional, their contracts are straight forward. No fine print. The owner Adrienne lord was a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. I definitely think the house would've sold sooner had we staged it from the get go.

Our house had been our primary residence and converted to a rental property during the "Great Recession". When the market came back and we saw an opportunity to get out from under a rental property we never intended to have, we put it on the market. As we were getting our house ready to go on the market, several other houses came on the market in the same situation. The market seemed to have several vacant homes for sale. This made us very nervous, as ours was not even on the market yet.

Our house looked amazing! Adrienne's choice of decor and arrangement of furniture really made our vacant house feel like a home again. We were under contract in less than 2 weeks with a full price offer!
