As a full time real estate investor, I have accumulated a small portfolio of rental properties over the years. For the past 9 years I have owned a rental home in Jacksonville. Because of the strong market, I decided to sell. A good friend of mine referred me to Kevin and Adrienne.

After accessing the home, Adrienne asked me what my budget was to fix up the house for sale. She told me if we renovated and updated the house, we should be able to get in the neighborhood of $225,000. I told her that since she knows what people like in the area, I would typically defer to her recommendations.

The entire process was incredibly professional, well thought out, and meticulously organized. When it was all said and done, I put $40,000 into the home to update, and this included a new roof.

Once on the market, we received 19 offers, and finally chose an all cash offer of $250,000, without contingencies. Escrow closed yesterday without a hitch.

To say Staged to Sell Realty and Adrienne did an amazing job would be an injustice. In all my years of real estate and through well over 100 purchases/sales, I have never encountered a team like this. If I were rating them on a scale of 1 to 10, they deserve a “20”!

I wish I had more properties in the Jacksonville area in order to work with Adrienne and Kevin again. They are rare gems.

Home was under contract with a full cash offer 6 days after listing and with no price reduction (in a neighborhood where homes normally take around two months and one price reduction to go under contract). I had a great experience with sell or dwell. They did an amazing job staging or home and it went under contract very shortly after. They are professional, their contracts are straight forward. No fine print. The owner Adrienne lord was a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. I definitely think the house would've sold sooner had we staged it from the get go.

Our house had been our primary residence and converted to a rental property during the "Great Recession". When the market came back and we saw an opportunity to get out from under a rental property we never intended to have, we put it on the market. As we were getting our house ready to go on the market, several other houses came on the market in the same situation. The market seemed to have several vacant homes for sale. This made us very nervous, as ours was not even on the market yet.
