I take a lot of pride in what I do, and I strive to make this obvious to my clients. Buying a NEW home can be a very exciting time in one’s life, but it can also be very stressful as well. I do everything I can, to make sure my clients feel comfortable during the entire process. I've been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1995, working both as a real estate agent, and a mortgage loan officer. So, I am very aware of the mortgage lending side of this too, and all that comes with it. I believe this knowledge has made me an all-around better agent. I don't have any problem explaining both sides of the business to my clients. I believe this gives me an advantage over others, and benefits my clients in many ways.
My clients put a great deal of trust in me, I will never take that trust for granted.
