I worked with Kevin after a recommendation from a family member. I felt like Kevin and her team treated me like family, as though my home search was as important to them as it was to me. When we found my new home, we both knew. Kevin and her team then started the buying process. I've heard horror stories about this process but did not experience a single horror story of my own. If anything, I felt that they took the burden off of me, above and beyond what would typically be expected. When in need of referrals to outside entities, such as inspections, insurance, etc, every recommendation resulted in stellar service. When a friend told me to use Kevin when I was thinking of listing my house, I scoffed at the idea that a real estate agent who has millon dollar plus listings would actually bother with my list ing. Not only did she list my house, she had it photographed and marketed beautifully, and sold in 15 days!! She gave us incredible attention, and negotiated masterfully on the house we eventually bought. I have also used Kevin's services exclusively when new employees joined my company from outside the area and were looking for a new home. Kevin's expertise and service were second to none. We worked with Kevin because she was recommended by my wife's new employer. We moved from the Northeast and had no local knowledge of the area. We were a little wary of selecting a realtor sight unseen but it ended up working out great. We had a lot of special circumstances from the start and ended up moving on a foreclosure, making things even more complicated. Kevin and her team navigated the deal like true pros and managed to get us into the house before our originally scheduled closing date! Buying or selling we would certainly come back.

Kevin has so much positive energy you can't help but know things are going to go well! I was relocating from another state and only had a week to do tours and hopefully find a place I liked. By Friday, we had a bid at a price that both the owner and I were happy with.
