Kevin Hood

Kevin has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998. He has vast knowledge and experience in lending and real estate in the Southern California marketplace. He specializes in working with Buyer’s and Seller’s, Bank Owned, Short Sale, and Corporate Owned 1-4 unit properties in South Orange County. In 2005 he received my broker’s license and formed GreenTree Properties as a local Real Estate boutique in San Clemente.

He has grown his office by hand picking only the best agents. His company is based on the belief that their customers’ needs are of the utmost importance.
