I loved working with Jan and Kevin of Madison Realty Group and cannot recommend them enough! They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, gave us multiple options to look at, and had quick responses to our questions. They never put us in a situation of showing us something that was out of our price range, which can always be awkward if you end up loving that piece of real estate. After we put in an offer, they were great at following up with us and keeping us updated on progress. When our closing got slightly delayed due to the seller, they were right there with us, giving us hourly updates. I highly recommend them! I have never had such a wonderful experience with a real estate agent!

We wanted to build in a very specific area and needed two adjacent lots. Kevin and Jan located the perfect lots only to discover that they were not only owned by different parties but one of them had received a purchase offer. Kevin and Jan went to work — contacted the person who had submitted an offer and found them a great alternate. They then worked to make sure that the sale for both lots went through simultaneously and contingent on both lots closing so that we didn’t end up with just one lot.
They were so professional and worked so well with us and the other three parties making sure that everyone was happy with the outcome. We are so happy with our new home and its great location.
