From the very first consultation, Kevin demonstrated a deep understanding of the market, and their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made all the difference.

Kevin was the first realtor to call us back and the only one who took our urgent need to buy a property seriously. Moving is so hard and stressful !! It’s times like these that you need the right person to help you through it all. Kevin was our Realtor when we purchased our first home just about one year ago. I had spoken to several Realtors leading up to working with Kevin and all gave me an anxious feeling, kind of like you might feel at a used car dealership? But from the moment we met Kevin he put us at ease. He caught on quick to the type of home we were searching for and assembled a list of houses for us to see. He gave solid advice without pressure when it came time for us to make an offer, and when our offer was accepted he made sure we were part of the whole process right up until the day we moved in. So a few months ago, when my husband's mother decided it was time to sell her house out of state and move to California, it was a no- brainer who'd be her Realtor! He provided us access several times at the drop of a hat when shopping for our home. When I met Kevin for the first time at a home showing, I told my wife this guy was born for reality.
