Kevin Langtry joined RM Friedland in 2022 following a successful twenty year career at global companies: CBRE and Newmark. Kevin has substantial expertise in commercial real estate brokerage, including tenant and agency representation as well as investment sales throughout the Metro NY and Fairfield, CT markets. Kevin specializes in the industrial, flex and warehouse business sectors representing both owners and tenants. He leverages RMF’s 50 year track record, robust database and capable staff in his market area to provide seamless real estate solutions for his clients.

Kevin is a graduate of Pace University and is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in New York and Connecticut.
