Kevin Lee

Kevin Lee is a Real Estate Broker and has over 19 years of experience in the field. Prior to joining The Chou Team, Kevin was the Asset Manager at Twinrock Partners, a private equity firm in Newport Beach. Kevin oversaw the acquisition and asset management of the firm’s residential investment funds focused on a buy and hold strategy of residential housing in the Inland Empire. Kevin graduated from the University of California, Irvine where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, psychology, and social behavior. He continued his graduate studies in real estate development and finance at NYU before moving back home to Southern California. Kevin is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Kevin Lee launched his Real Estate career 19 years ago and is now a Developer, Investor and Broker. A strong negotiator, Kevin has connections that span coast to coast. He spent a year in England and 3 years in New York before moving back with his wife to his hometown, Diamond Bar. Kevin embodies loyalty and is recognized for his strong devotion to his clients. A builder at heart, he has the track record of a top go-to agent with an eye for developments and investments.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys stock trading, snowboarding, traveling, and crushing his friends in boardgames. He also enjoys cooking delicious dishes with his wife.
