Kevin is highly professional at his work. I searched for him through the internet, communicated with him and he responded that he could help me out with my quest for looking for an investment property.

I met him through his profile on his registered agency list when I searched the internet. We started communicating and I told hin the spec of a house I wanted. He schooled me on various stages of what to expect, we draw a plan to achieve what I needed to do, and the plan was professionally executed. He sent me a alot of houses to look at. But I requested he should please send me the best 5 houses for me to look at, since I had no time screening everything he sent me. We narrowed my search down to 3, then to 2, then to the very last house which I eventually bought. He is a great reaponaible, humble and professional gentle person. Easy to approach with an excellent manners and communication skills.

If you are looking for someone to help you out with a property, he is the go to person and I give him a 100% recommendation. He has all the connections, including reliable property management company and a third party company to close out your deal.
