Kevin P. Hermetz

Kevin Hermetz joined Ackerman & Co. in 1993. He represents clients in the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of their office facilities. Kevin is extremely proficient in office market analysis, lease negotiation/restructuring, disposition of excess office space, office needs assessment for both local and national companies and financial lease analysis.

Kevin also provides site selection services for major hotel and apartment developers in Atlanta’s in-town markets seeking adaptive re-use and other urban in-fill opportunities.
