About Kevin

Kevin is a third-generation Tampa native. He is a 1987 graduate of Emory University. Kevin joined Smith and Associates in 1988 and has been primarily focused on commercial real estate since 1991. He is a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association (FGCAR) and the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR).
Since 1998 Kevin has been recognized as a Pinnacle Award winner each year for annual production through FGCAR and served on the Board of Directors 2005 and 2006. Additionally, FGCAR has recognized Kevin’s annual commercial sales and leasing production efforts by awarding various “Top Producer” Pinnacle Awards in various asset classes including Investment, Retail, and General Brokerage. Kevin is a recipient of the 2014 National Association of Realtors National Commercial Award; which is presented for outstanding achievement in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
