If you are looking to purchase a home in SETX (Southeast Texas), you will be well served by choosing Kevin Reed. He is a consummate professional, and my wife and I are proud to call him our friend. He helped us find a home in a matter of days when we traveled from Pennsylvania in search of our forever home. By help, I mean he took us to over 30 listings in three days, personally drove us around the Beaumont and Lumberton areas to familiarize us, and treated us to dinner. Kevin is an amazing realtor, we just closed on house today!!! Our Arizona realtor referred us to Kevin, as we are selling house in AZ. I flew into TX at noon on a Thursday and Kevin had me scheduled for viewing at 2:00, we looked all afternoon, he got a feel for my taste he went home that night and he searched for the right fit listings for Friday. We started looking again at 10:00 and by 2:00 I found the one!!! Kevin had such great input on quality of houses, location, pricing, etc. He put in an offer for us and within an hour it was accepted.
