6. Stay in touch with your loan originator, listing agent, and title company to ensure everything is in place for a smooth and quick transaction.

As a seller's agent my goal is to get your home in front of as many potential buyers as possible. Some of the key things I do in order to achieve this include:

1. Meet with you to understand your goals, discuss pricing, marketing, and timelines, ensuring we have a clear plan aligned with your objectives.
2. Use professional marketing across major platforms, including brokerage websites, listing portals, social media, and search engines, maximizing exposure to potential buyers.
3. Showcase your home with high-impact photos, videos, and custom mailers, highlighting your property and attracting as many buyers as possible.
4. Create internal and external awareness of your home with our extensive agent network, reaching out to local neighborhoods personally to identify potential buyers.
5. Vet potential buyers’ offers, ensuring their loan originator has verified all qualifying documents to prevent any financing issues during the closing process.
6. As offers come in, I will assess each based on your needs, communicate them promptly, and guide you through the key details of each offer so you can accept the best one that accomplishes your goals.
