About Kevin

Kevin Shaw graduated in 1996 from Weber State University. His background and enthusiasm for sales led him to a job with a home building company selling and building new homes. He began his real estate career working for a company of 4 employees. Four years later, he was made Vice President of that Company. With his help, they grew to be a successful home building company with over 170 employees selling and building close to 200 homes per year. He understands the building process from entitlements on ground, water rights, dealing with and understanding municipalities as well as all aspects of the construction process of the home. He eventually left new construction to sell more than just new homes.

His first year as a realtor, he was rookie of the year for Keller Williams Realty in Northern Colorado. He has a love and respect for people and real estate. Two passions that help keep him at the top of his market. His understanding of new construction and sales helps him to be informative and reliable in this market.

He has sold, bought and understands all types of properties including new construction, bank properties, re-sales, short sales, and HUD homes. His grasp on the market allows him to help his clients navigate the tasks of buying and selling property.
