Kevin Sieker

Kevin is a small town farm kid from Central Kansas. He is the oldest of four kids and grew up herding cattle, driving tractors, riding four wheelers and fishing with his grandpa. Early in life, he learned the value of strong communication while spending time at the local bakery with his grandpa and hanging out with the local farmers….one of his fondest memories.

Kevin attended Kansas State University and graduated with a BS in Arts and Sciences and a degree in Graphic Design/Marketing in 2003. After a brief time working in design, he began to pursue a management position in the restaurant industry, which would drastically change his career path for the next decade. He moved to Kansas City in the fall of 2006 and worked his way up the corporate ladder at Chipotle LLC and eventually became an assistant GM, General Manager, Restarateur, and then District Manager. He eventually would oversee multiple restaurants and over 300 team members in the Kansas City Area.

In Kevin's time at Chipotle from 2001-2018, he learned so many skills that have been contributed to his success as a realtor. Such skills as exemplary communication, presentation abilities, acclimating to numerous personalities and being able to effective coach and teach buyers and sellers. he believes one of the most significant abilities he took from his time at Chipotle, was developing the “heart of a teacher.” He truly cares about his clients. He treats others how he wishes to be treated, and he is more concerned about building long term relationships with my people rather than his commission. His business has grown over the past few years based on referrals from friends, family, and old coworkers. Kevin is there to help his clients accomplish their goals, whatever that might be.
