There really aren't enough words to describe how phenomenal Kevin Davis is as a realtor! As a first time homebuyer, I didn't fully know where to start but immediately thought to call Kevin (as I had met him in the past and was impressed with his personable and down-to-earth demeanor). Kevin was very responsive to my inquiry, and patient, direct, and kind as we discussed what it was I wanted. He also helped nudge me to get started and from there we hit the ground running. While it's a seller's market and things move very quickly, I never felt that Kevin rushed me or was gimmicky. He has a very strategic, kind, responsive and knowledge-driven approach. He answered all of my questions (and if he didn't have an answer he would say so and then direct me to someone who had the answer) and made me feel empowered as a first-time homebuyer and woman navigating a complex process. It didn't take that long for me to find my home and I couldn't be more excited about the fact that it exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Kevin! He is definitely the expert realtor you would want on your side.

Kevin T Davis is professional, authentic and treats his clients fairly. We needed a place to live when the home we rented caught fire. My husband and I called Kevin on a Sunday and he was willing to help. Kevin was encouraging through this process in guiding us on finding a place to live. He even went above and beyond to help with our previous housing. We are happy in our new home. Thank you!

I live in a different state, so Kevin agreed to help me sell my mother’s house. Kevin remained professional and helped me all that he possibly could. Selling a home can be such a difficult process but Kevin made it so that I never had to worry about a thing. The process went much smoother and I know that’s because of Kevin. Now my only problem with Kevin is that he needs to move here to North Carolina to help me buy my new house.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Davis on 2 separate transactions in 2018 and 2020. On both occasions, I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism, responsiveness and overall demeanor in representing my interest in the renting of one and sale of another property.
