Kevin Wadley is the Vice President of Land for the Charleston Division at Ashton Woods and Starlight Homes. With over 20 years of experience in land acquisition and real estate development, Kevin has a proven track record in strategic land planning, site selection, and market analysis. He has previously held leadership roles such as Director of Land Acquisition at PulteGroup and Land Acquisition Manager at Centex Homes, where he managed substantial acquisition projects and helped expand property portfolios in the Coastal Carolinas.

Earlier in his career, Kevin worked as the Business Recruitment and Redevelopment Manager for the City of Charleston, SC, focusing on urban development initiatives. He is also the founder of Music Farm, highlighting his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to the Charleston community. Kevin holds a BA in Economics from Auburn University, grounding his strategic approach in strong economic principles.
