One can only try to describe the purchase of arguably your largest asset in one's Lifetime; with that said, I'll give it a try in one word: "Cindy"! Okay two words: "Cindy Phan"! Seriously Coldwell Banker George Realty won a Gold Medal hiring Cindy Phan! Without her, and her experienced Team at George Realty and her preferred Mortgage Banker (Jaime) of Axxess Funding, there is no Closing, no home! Words are truly insufficient to even begin to articulate what an awesome, professional, thorough, detailed, efficient, PATIENT, always On Time (early) at every Open House Cindy was during the process! Trust me, I know many Realtors (all of which were capable), yet Cindy was the one that was supposed to be here for this momentous transaction. She replied to every text, email, call and as I mentioned never missed a home Showing. Offered suggestions when appropriate and never disparaged any home ideas or properties. Never in a hurry, always supportive and never made you feel she needed a Sale. So important, obviously we all deserve to be compensated, yet Cindy is in the enviable position to present so seamlessly that you'd think she's working for Charity. Great personality, incredible knowledge of Real Estate Markets, Southern California areas and the whole Process of completing a transaction. This experience is vital, and should not be overlooked. You want expertise, you want a professional, you want character, integrity and the wisdom to utilize it; you want Cindy Phan! I started with a word, I'll try to end in a word about Cindy Phan representing Coldwell Banker George Realty, she is exquisite! 5 Stars and my Highest recommendation.
