Khaki’s Background: Prior to her entry into residential real estate, Khaki was part of CBRE’s Retail Capital Markets Team in Denver. During her time at CBRE, Khaki assisted on more than 52 capital markets transactions resulting in over $462 million in consideration. While working in commercial real estate Khaki supported her team through new client and transaction procurement as well as client/buyer interface and closing coordination. Further, Khaki implemented countless targeted marketing campaigns that reached over 8,500 brokers and principles each week.

Mackenzie’s Background: Before deciding to get her license as a residential broker, Mackenzie gained real estate experience analyzing multi-family real estate deals at Wynkoop Financial, LLC. There she gained knowledge of cap rates, market indicators, property development, investor relations and much more. Since then, Mackenzie has continued to keep her eye out for real estate investment opportunities and has remained an active investor in multi-family deals.
