Khardiata Ifill is the consummate professional. As it happens, she is a phenomenal real estate agent as well. We were buyers in this completely bananas National Capital Region market during the height of the COVID pandemic in August 2020, and she was a great buyer’s agent. She was flexible on where we wanted to look, made recommendations on schools, locations, commutes, HOAs, not HOAs, etc.. She always responded very promptly to our questions and requests for more information. She really helped during the offer process, too and we were able to save some money off the seller’s price once the offer we made got accepted. All told, we were able to find a property, make an offer, and close all within 45 days of hiring her. In a pandemic market. What’s more is she also checked in on us to make sure we settled in nicely once our household goods were delivered by the moving company; she already made her money from the sale several weeks prior - checking in and sending a welcome gift was completely out of the goodness of her heart and speaks to her genuineness of the human connections she makes and the strength of her character. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a flexible, knowledgeable, easy-going-yet-firm, property and services savvy negotiator and talented realtor, for all their real estate needs. Khardiata is the one to call!
